By downloading, accessing, or using Wishlet ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
Wishlet is operated by Peak Digital Web Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application. By using the Application, you represent that you meet this requirement.
To use certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to: Provide accurate and current information; Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials; Be responsible for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Application.
You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or share within Wishlet ("User Content"), including wish list items, notes, images, and links.
By using the Application, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Application.
You agree not to upload or share content that: Is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harmful; Infringes on intellectual property rights; Violates any applicable laws.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
Wishlet may offer optional paid subscriptions.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.
We do not process payments directly and do not store payment information.
All intellectual property related to the Application, including trademarks, software, branding, and design elements, remain the exclusive property of Peak Digital Web Services.
You may not: Copy or modify the Application; Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; Use our trademarks without permission.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the Application or features at any time. We are not obligated to maintain or update specific features.
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that: The Application will be uninterrupted or error-free; Content will always be accurate; The Application will meet your specific expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peak Digital Web Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Application will cease.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance.
